This position is responsible for performing complex financial analysis. Work is performed with limited supervision and is reviewed for achievement of desired results |

| Representative Duties /Assignments |
| |
- Monitors and supervises data collection and report formats to produce necessary financial analysis.
- Reviews and updates all fianancial models and other cash flow analyses.
- Assists in bond issuance processes and tracks ongoing long-term and short-term debt programs. Assists in the documentation and tracking of operating and financial information required from the Department or Division to support debt issued to fund projects.
- Researches and develops alternative financing strategies and assesses their feasibility
- Reviews financial reports for the Department for accuracy and financial decision making.
- Assists in developing and implementing performance based measurements.
- Performs other special projects and related duties as assigned.

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or closely related field and four years of experience in financial or budget analysis and management review. A Master’s in Business or Public Adminisration may be substituted for two years of the required experience. |
