| General Functions |
| |
Coordinates major projects performed by the department, resolves customer complaints or refers to the appropriate person, and maintains department specific County records. This is responsible work in providing information in a timely, efficient and responsive manner.
Work is performed with independence under the supervision of the Department Manager or designee. |

| Representative Duties /Assignments |
| |
Duties may vary based on area of assignment. The following are representative duties, it is not the intent to capture all duties performed by this classification.
- Schedules and/or coordinates major projects for the department to ensure deadlines are met.
- May report on project status such as budget, resources or customer service.
- Researches materials for various projects from leadership.
- Prepares departmental correspondence for publications and award submittals.
- May prepare and submit progress or cost tracking reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

| Minimum Qualifications |
| |
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Two (2) years of experience in customer service/relations.
In lieu of the degree requirements, additional relevant experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
